1. Adopt high-friction looped seamless imported belt to realize the leading edge suction type paper feeding.
2. The electromagnetic clutch system is adopted, so that the paper feeding part can be controlled separately.
3. The front baffle and left and right belts can be adjusted arbitrarily.
4. Frequency conversion speed regulation, paper feeding speed is adjustable between 0-130 m/min.
5. Adopt linear bearings, high precision of speed regulation, stable and reliable operation.
6. Secondary indentation machine, to perform secondary indentation on cardboard with poor quality indentation in the previous process.
7. The unique side-to-side correction device compulsorily corrects the size of the crimping line.
8. There are no multiple guide wheels on the left and right, and the different positions and angles of the guide wheels can be adjusted according to different paper quality and paper machine thickness, so that the cardboard can be folded more smoothly.
9. When changing the cardboard, it is electrically adjusted, and the machine can store 14 orders in advance, which is fast and convenient.
10. Adopt the stepless differential speed device to eliminate the problem of scissors difference to the greatest extent.
11. Use flapping correction device to ensure that the scissors difference is eliminated in the end.
12. Automatic counting, automatic stacking, automatic output, carton stacking adopts a slow stop device to extend the pressing time, make the finished carton stick firmly, and output neatly without dislocation.
